Shipping & Returns Policy
Australia Wide Delivery Service
For special requirements, please contact us before ordering.
All goods are normally shipped shortly after receipt of your order. When you place an order, you will receive an estimate of the delivery date, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We can only offer an approximate delivery date provided to us your preferred freight forwarder.
Registration and Insurance
Whilst it is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by FM8 Pty Ltd to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.
Returns
We accept the return of goods which have arrived damaged as long as they are returned within 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, on presentation of the purchasing invoice / receipt. Please let us know if you have misplaced your receipt and we will confirm your purchase via your proof of I.D. and our records.
Exclusions: A refund, replacement, or repair will not be offered if the purchaser has modified or damaged the product, or has misused the product contrary to FM8 Pty Ltd's guidelines.
For an exchange, credit, refund, or repair we will require business / personal information and a signature in addition to your receipt. All purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. We also accept the return of goods where we have sent the incorrect product or if the product has been wrongly described.
For a successful return of an unwanted product the goods MUST BE:
(a) UNUSED,
(b) Undamaged, and
(c) RE-WRAPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
For the return of a faulty or damaged item:
(a) contact us via email or phone, and
(b) repackage the item and await shipping instructions.
Returns Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight, unless the return is a result of an error by FM8 Pty Ltd (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
We offer the following options for arranging return freight:
You can arrange and pay for the return freight yourself using your preferred carrier.
Upon your request, we can arrange the return freight on your behalf using your preferred carrier. The cost will be charged to you prior to shipment.
If required, FM8 Pty Ltd can provide a quote to arrange the return freight for you.
